change the way you accept,
change the way you feel

let’s build your resiliency toolbox

MindFullyWell
therapy group

MindFullyWell is a Therapy Group that focuses on building resiliency, finding meaning, normalizing conflicting feelings, and fostering radical self acceptance during hard times. The structure is based on curricula developed by Dr. Pauline Boss (author of Ambiguous Loss in a Time of Pandemic and Change) and Sonya Renee Taylor (author of The Body is Not an Apology: The Power of Radical Self-Love).

Members will be screened for appropriate fit through a one-on-one WARM-UP CALL. Group sessions are covered by most insurance policies.
(Self-pay rate is $60/session)

Groups are led by Dr. Rachelle Hansen and Kelsey Rudsinski, Psychiatric NP Student.
