MindFullyWell
therapy group

MindFullyWell is a therapy group developed to help participants access tools to self-regulate, develop resiliency, and, most importantly, to take advantage of a supportive community of peers. Each week group facilitators will prompt conversations about mental health, hold space for participants to share their experiences, and lead an activity relevant to the week’s topic.

Groups are supervised by Dr. Rachelle Hansen and led by Group Leader Scott Collins with the support from practicum students, interns, staff, and invited community leaders and guest speakers.

New members will be screened for appropriate fit through a one-on-one WARM-UP CALL.A 20 to 30 minute phone consultation to assess your needs and determine the next steps Group sessions are covered by most insurance policies. (Self-pay rate is $60/session).
