let’s build your resiliency toolbox

MindFullyWell
therapy group

MindFullyWell is a therapy group developed to help participants access skills and tools to self-regulate, develop resiliency, and, most importantly, to take advantage of a supportive community of peers. Each week group facilitators will provide brief psychoeducation, hold space for participants to share their experiences, and conduct an activity relevant to the week’s topic. This summer there are separate groups for middle school students, high school students and  young adults (18 to 25 years old). There will also be a virtual men’s adult group (26 years and older).

Members will be screened for appropriate fit through a one-on-one WARM-UP CALL.A 20 to 30 minute phone consultation to assess your needs and determine the next steps Group sessions are covered by most insurance policies. (Self-pay rate is $60/session).

Groups are led by Dr. Rachelle Hansen, Scott Collins (Group Co-Leader Practicum Therapist), and George Schorse (Group Co-Leader Practicum Student) with support from interns, staff, and invited community leaders and guest speakers.
